This incentive is not automatically earned by submitting an application or uploading bank statements. EquipMeFi must first verify genuine application eligibility and compliance with all promotional conditions. An application for financing remains available even when the applicant does not qualify for this incentive.
Six eligibility requirements
- At least one year in business.
- At least $15,000 in verified average monthly business revenue.
- Four months of business bank statements, verified by EquipMeFi.
- A minimum 500 credit score, subject to verification.
- No active MCA, business loan, line of credit or similar business financing, unless the applicant obtains a new EquipMeFi financing offer, accepts it and successfully closes the funded transaction. While existing business financing remains active and this exception has not been completed, promotional eligibility is on hold.
- No defaults on MCAs or other business loans. A verified default disqualifies the applicant from this offer; funding does not waive this restriction.
Good-faith participation and verification
Applicants must provide accurate information and pursue financing in good faith. False financing disclosures, duplicate or fabricated applications, impersonation, collusion with a sales representative, or submissions solely to obtain an incentive may be disqualified. EquipMeFi may verify eligibility using application records, documented financing history and confirmed funding records. An applicant's or representative's statement alone does not establish an exception.
Important distinctions
Without existing business financing: Funding approval is not independently required for promotional eligibility when all other requirements are verified. With existing financing: a new offer must be accepted and the loan must actually fund and close before eligibility can be credited. No promise of approval, funding, or reward issuance is made.
Travel-provider availability, reservation procedures, blackout dates, travel expenses, taxes, deposits, expiration rules, and certificate redemption terms may apply. EquipMeFi does not operate the resort or travel-fulfillment service. Applicants should review the certificate's actual provider terms before making plans or incurring costs.
Program administration: Qualification and promotion eligibility are distinct from a financing approval or a lender's underwriting decision. A sales representative's qualified-submission credit is also subject to independent Operations review. Eligibility is not a guarantee of travel or lending approval. Program availability and applicable terms may change with notice, subject to earned rights and applicable law.
